Kia ora bloggers
Last week Te Ana Ako did some art that used some maths. We made fraction birds. I wasn't here that day but I did it at home anyway. We had to cut out a circle. Then we cut half of the circle off. After that we used one side and cut that into 1/8. Lastly we glued the fraction to make the bird.

Kia ora Vivian. Wow, Art and Maths together! Ka pai! I love that you were able to do this activity even though you were away that day. When else is it important to have a good knowledge of fractions?
ReplyDeleteBula Vanaka Vivian! I really enjoyed reading about your amazing work on doing fraction art! It is so cool the you can do maths while doing art! It sounds so fun! It reminded me of when we did some art the other day. We didn't use maths in it though! Maybe next time you could add more information about how you did it! Other than that I loved your blog post! Blog you later!
